You will receive an automated ‘Booking Confirmation’ email when you have completed your booking. If you do not receive this automatic confirmation, please download and check you’ve followed the step-by-step instructions above.

Payment methods

Payments for the Conference can be made by Debit or Credit Card (default) 银行卡支付 (默认). Please note that this year, we will not be accepting payment by invoice.

Delegates are also eligible to add a place for the Conference Dinner/Excellence Awards ceremony on Friday evening.

Conference dinner (Friday evening)

£25 (Plus 20% VAT)

Note: VAT is not applicable for the Conference day rate, but does apply to the dinner on Friday evening.
