Following the announcement on September 20th by the Aslef union that drivers at 12 train companies will walk out on 1st October, we regret to inform our teaching community that we have had to postpone the 2022 Annual Chinese Teaching Conference scheduled to take place on the same day. This was not a decision we wished to make, however with multiple rail services not running we felt it made it impossible for the vast majority of our community across the country to travel to London.
However, we are pleased to announce that we have managed to transfer the conference to Saturday 12th November, to still be held at the UCL Institute of Education. Please note, anyone who has already made a booking has been notified and all bookings will be valid for the new date.
