The Annual Chinese Teaching Conference hosted by the IOE Confucius Institute for Schools will take place on Saturday 11th October 2025 at UCL Institute of Education, London.

This is the 22nd year of our popular conference.  It is the largest conference of its kind in the UK and attracts teachers, school leaders and education experts from across the UK and beyond. It has become a key professional development and networking opportunity for teachers of Chinese and all other staff involved in the teaching and learning of Mandarin Chinese.

The conference exhibition is a popular and lively hub where conference delegates can find out more about materials and resources offered by exhibitors – specialist industry suppliers – who will be promoting their products and services which enhance Mandarin language teaching and learning in schools.

It is perfect for the promotion of Mandarin Chinese teaching materials and attracts a range of specialists including publishers, awarding bodies, trip providers, CPD/training providers, online resource providers, colleges and universities.

Exhibition Prices

Exhibition space £290 plus VAT

If you would like to attend the conference workshops as well, you will need to pay an additional fee at the exhibitor rate – this will be £100 (booked via the delegate booking page).

What is included?

All exhibition packages include: 2m x 2m area (approx.), 1 x trestle table, two chairs, lunch and refreshments for up to two representatives per stall.

How to book?

Exhibition space must be booked in advance. Spaces will be allocated upon arrival on a first-come, first-served basis.
