AQA, since 1903, we’ve been rewarding achievement by designing and delivering fair and inclusive assessment. We do this because we believe that quality assessment is an essential ingredient for a good education. We’re the most chosen exam board in England and we set and mark the papers for around half of all GCSEs and A-levels. Our qualifications are taught in 30 countries around the world.
But we’re more than an exam board. As an independent education charity we reinvest all of our income. From funding cutting-edge research, to supporting new insights that help raise the bar in assessment practice internationally, we’re always focused on fair and inclusive assessment and the positive impact it has on teaching, learning and society. In 120 years, our mission hasn’t changed, but the way we improve assessment keeps on evolving.

NYU Shanghai is China’s first Sino-US research university and New York University’s third degree-granting campus.
The university has about 1,800 undergraduate students, with half from China and the rest from the US and over 70 other countries. While English is the language of instruction, international students must gain proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
Undergraduates start with core courses for two years before choosing one of 19 majors across the arts and sciences, business, finance, engineering, and computer science for deeper study. A key part of the program is the opportunity for students to spend up to two semesters studying away in New York, Abu Dhabi, or at one of NYU’s 13 global study centers. Upon graduation, students earn two diplomas: an NYU degree and a Chinese-accredited NYU Shanghai diploma.
