NetEase Inc. is one of China’s largest web portals, popular for its news and general information dissemination, with a leading mobile news app that has been downloaded by over 160 million users. It offers a diverse range of services for Chinese netizens, including China’s number one e-mail service (including 163.com, 126.com, yeah.net, and vip.188.com), a popular instant messaging app called YiChat, and a variety of online games.
