The Open University course is consolidating what we learned and building on it, especially with regard to the written language. I would certainly like to be able to take things further by a follow-up in Shanghai – the benefits of face-to-face to teaching cannot be underestimated.
- If you are interested in China and Chinese culture it really gives you a flavour. It helps very much with learning characters and how to speak the language. You also meet lots of interesting and nice people.
