How to book
Exhibition stalls must be booked and paid for by invoice in advance. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The exhibition booking deadline is 5pm, Friday 19 April 2013.

- Enter your booking details in the Exhibitor booking form online.
- Return a signed copy of the Exhibitor payment authorisation form (PDF).
- Receive booking confirmation by e-mail.
- Pay by invoice within 30 days.

All exhibition packages include: 2m x 2m area (approx.), trestle table, two chairs, lunch and refreshments for up to two representatives per stall.
