We recently published a blogpost featuring Dr. Toby Lincoln, Associate Professor in Chinese Urban History at the University of Leicester. The post features information about the bilingual Pre-U website Dr. Lincoln has been developing, which is composed of lesson plans, source materials and other resources to assist with the teaching of Chinese history in UK secondary schools.

A Pre-U Chinese workshop held on 24th January at the University of Leicester, organised by Dr. Lincoln and IOE CI Director Katharine Carruthers, included a lecture on Chinese History from 1911 to 1976. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Lincoln to provide an example lecture for teachers of the Pre-U Mandarin exam.
